Module 1: About Insomnia
You will finally understand why you have insomnia, why you can’t seem to get more sleep, and the beginning steps for overcoming insomnia once and for all. Things will finally make sense for you. Learning this information blew my mind and brought me to tears because I finally understood.
Module 2: Removing Pressure
When we have insomnia, there is a lot of pressure we put on ourselves to sleep. All this pressure adds more stress and hyperarousal levels, which further keeps us awake. I will help you release some of the pressure so that you can start to feel a little more at peace.
Module 3: Mindset
This may not sound important, but you have to have the right mindset to move through this process. You’ll come out feeling better mentally about the situation, and this will help you get the best results from this program.
Module 4: Your Progress
This module will help you understand what to expect with your progress as you go through this program and how to handle speedbumps along the way.
Module 5: Sleep Time
In this module we are going to go into all my strategies and tips for when you can’t fall asleep or fall back asleep. You will learn the best things to do to help you get more sleep. When you are awake at night, this is the best time to use these strategies to help you progress even further.
Module 6: Anxiety
If you have insomnia, then you likely have some level of sleep anxiety and maybe even general. You will learn the biggest mistake we make that is strengthening anxiety and making it happen more often. You will learn all my strategies and tips for handling anxiety in the moment.
Module 7: Racing Mind
If you have insomnia, there is a good chance you have a racing mind as well. You will learn my strategies and tips to help calm your racing mind.
Module 8: Daytime
There are a lot of things you can do during the day to help you get more sleep. I’m not talking about things like getting sunlight and exercise. Yes, those are healthy and important, but there are things you can do to help you progress and get more sleep that you likely don’t know about. I also talk about some strategies to help you get through the day on little sleep. I know how exhausting it can be.
Module 9: Going Forward
This is the final module and is for when you have recovered from insomnia. I talk about how to prevent insomnia from ever coming back again.
